French ceramic vase by Dominique Guillot (circa 1960s). Delightfully decorated with a colourful flower motif, the vase is utilitarian and beautiful all at once. The sensuous, spherical body narrows at the neck and opens wide again at the mouth exposing the interior painted in pistachio green. In good overall condition. Signed on the underside, 'Guillot'. Please enjoy the many photos accompanying this listing. Upon request a video of the piece may be provided. 

About the Artist: Dominique Guillot was active in the 20th century in Vallauris, France, the town in the French Riviera made famous by its pottery industry and the presence of world renowned artist and resident, Pablo Picasso from 1948 into the 1950s.
