Vintage ceramic vase by Raymonde Leduc (circa 1970s). Sandstone coloured small vessel with plant motifs inlaid on all four sides. In good overall condition. Signed 'R. Leduc' on one side of the vase. This piece has an intact felt affixed to the underside to protect the surface upon which it is placed. Please enjoy the many photos accompanying this listing. About the Artist: Raymonde Leduc is famous for using the plants of Provence's garrigue to inlay the decoration in his ceramic pieces. Leduc was a student of the master ceramicist from Vallauris, France, Roger Capron. Capron's creations contributed to a veritable renaissance of pottery and ceramics in that era and he left behind a considerable body of internationally acclaimed works which is collected worldwide.
