Vintage French ceramic table lamp (circa 1970s) by unknown ceramicist. A sensuous, tactile organic shape highlights the lustrous glaze decorated with dark spotted circles and sandy speckles. The base and stem are different; they are blanketed in an earthy clay hue which creates a delightful visual balance. There are loads of character with an unequaled 1970s charm that would be perfect in your home or office. In good overall condition. There is a mark on the underside, 'Blan Dine' which, when combined is a fairly widespread French name, Blandine. Please enjoy the many photos accompanying the listing. Upon request a video will be provided. This lamp is currently wired for European use however it is easily modified for your location using an adapter or changing the plug fitting. The lampshade is not included.
