Ask a Question

'Portrait of Blue-Eyed Woman', oil on board, signed by artist, Ayral, French School (circa 1960s). Discovered in the South of France, this small portrait is painted with vibrant colours and bold strokes. It may be a self-portrait of the artist herself but this is unsure. There is a serious, determined look to the subject and her blue eyes radiate her intelligence, her spiritual values expressed through the painting's colour. Please enjoy the photos accompanying this listing. The work is newly framed with a French-style linen slip. Upon request a video may be provided.

Regrettably nothing is known of the artist that signed the work 'Ayral'.
