Pair of Aluminium and Brass Candle Stands by David Marshall (circa 1980s)
Pair of aluminium and brass brutalist candle stands by David Marshall (circa 1980s). Rather assuming human form, these curvy aluminium and brass candle stands have presence, weight and character. So attractive they can stand on their own in the room. Both the brass and aluminium shine brightly, however the nicks, dings and weathered markings add character, interest and tactility. David Marshall maker's mark on base. They are in good overall condition with marks consistent with design, fabrication, age and usage. Upon request a video of the pieces may be provided.
