'Legs Emerging from Water' Sculpture by Pietrina Checcacci (c. 1970s)
Patinated verdigris bronze legs emerging from water by award winning artist Pietrina Checcacci (1941 - ). Checcacci was born in Taranto, Italy but moved to Rio de Janeiro when she was 13 years old. They were often created in numbered, limited editions such as these playful sculpted legs emerging from water. Excellent condition - (Edition ii/xx).
