Decorative Ceramic Bottle-Shaped Vase by Roger Capron (circa 1960s)
SKU 1295
Vintage French ceramic bottle-shaped vase by Roger Capron (circa 1960s). Although probably not practical as a whisky decanter, it rather serves as a delightful work of art instead. With its enamelled red surface, strong vertical lines all framing a white 'cartouche' with 'Whisky' inscription, it certainly is a conversation piece and decorative focal point. It is in good overall condition signed on the base 'Capron Vallauris'. You may be tempted to rub it to conjure up a wish-granting genie. Who knows? Upon request a video of the piece may be provided.
