Two Nude Studies by Fouquet (c. 1930s)
Two paintings both oil on board (c. 1930s), newly framed. These two paintings are to be acquired as a pair. They depict a nude seated young man with a shepherd's stick and the second, a nude bearded man gripping a studio handrail. The subjects appear to be posing for a drawing class or specifically for artist, Fouquet. Signed: << Fouquet >> in lower right-hand corner on bearded man work; signature obscured by paint but present in lower-left area in portrait of younger man.
