SKU 0669
'The Sun Terrace', oil on paper, by Marcel Bouissou (1946). An uplifting scene from the South of France depicts a quiet sun terrace on a balmy day with cloudless, azure skies. The viewer is invited in to sit, relax, breathe the fresh air and keep an eye on the dog on the chair. The artist's keen eye for colour and detail combined with his use of masterful brushstrokes created this atmospheric artwork that transports the viewer to a better place. That is always a good thing. Newly framed and glazed. The work is in very good vintage condition relative to its age. Signed in the lower lefthand corner: 'Marcel Bouissou 1946'. Upon request a video of the piece will be provided.
