'Still Life on Table' by Vittorio Maria Di Carlo (circa 1970s)
SKU 0611
'Still Life on Table', oil on board, by Vittorio Maria Di Carlo (circa 1970s). A delightful and colourful work of art inspired by the works of Juan Gris and Pablo Picasso. Like Gris, Di Carlo depicts the stuff of everyday life: a bottle, a ceramic pot cover with bird motif and pieces of fruit which lie on a wooden table for the viewer to savour. The placement and colour of the objects provide for a harmonious and balanced canvas that is compelling and inviting. In very good vintage condition. Newly framed. Signed by the artist: 'V. M. DiCarlo'. Upon request a video of the artwork will be provided.
