Italian Room Divider with Banana Leaf Motif (circa 1970s). The piece was discovered in central Italy, near Parma. The previous owner indicated it was from a home north of Rome and probably manufactured nearby in the 1970s although the producer did not stamp it with a maker’s mark. Nonetheless, it is clearly of high quality with loads of character. The decor consists of a banana leaf motif, the frame, metallic with bamboo effect topped by an entwined sisal.
