Decorative Ceramic Vase by Michel Lodereau (circa 1970s)
SKU 0686
Decorative ceramic vase by Michel Lodereau (circa 1970s). The artist's trademark style is the creation of elegant pieces in sandstone with smooth glaze and subtle colouring. This piece has sensuous curves with a simple spout reminding one of a bird sculpture with a misplaced head. The brown speckles fit right in with that view and the base of the piece is decorated with a subtle lighter glaze working to the bottom and another beautiful surround in delicate coral. In very good vintage condition commensurate with age. Signed: 'ML' on the underside. Upon request a video of the piece will be provided.
