Mid-Century Ceramic Vase by Marcel Giraud (circa 1960s)
SKU 1200
Mid-century ceramic glazed vase (circa 1960s) by Marcel Giraud, Vallauris, France. A piece with graceful, curvy lines and form, wide mouth and muted oatmeal-coloured base with a hint of jade green in the lip. It is wonderful vintage 20th century style. This stunning vase has a repeating abstract pattern in a wide band around the body of the vase. It is sure to be a conversation piece in your home or work place. In good vintage condition overall with two blemishes on the underside of the piece where the maker's mark is found. They are not at all visible nor consequential when the piece is displayed normally. Upon request, a short video clip of this piece may be provided. Signed: 'Giraud'.
