Set of four Type-3013 / "Hammer" chairs by Arne Jacobsen for Fritz Hansen (1969). Iconic creation by this designer in 1955 - this set produced in 1969. They have a lacquered under-frame and a teak veneer moulded plywood seat. Legs are in tubular metal. Producer's stamps on underside of seat - made in Denmark. In fair vintage condition. There are evident signs of wear and tear particularly on the teak veneer. Chips, scratches and blemishes are apparent. These chairs are a perfectionist's nightmare or a fixer-upper's dream.
